Iced Coconut Caffé Latte

Ingredients (serves 2): 

  • 1 cup iced coffee, unsweetened 
  • 1/4 cup half and half
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Simple syrup to taste
  • 1/4 cup black pearl tapioca, cooked and soaked in syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Topping (optional):

  • Whipped cream 
  • Roasted coconut flakes

 

1. Place iced coffee, half and half, coconut milk and simple syrup in a pitcher and stir well.

 

2. Place optional cooked tapioca and ice cubes in each serving glass then pour in the mixed drink.

 

3. Top with optional whipped cream and coconut flakes.

 

4. Enjoy!
